2021-2026 F-150 Roll-Up Tonneau Covers by Bed
On a 2021-2026 F-150 the short box has real choice: a Gator we can back with a sheet, a Tyger we can only back with its title, and several covers that span earlier years. The 6.5 ft and 8 ft boxes are where the listings run thin.

The short version
For the 2021-2026 short box, buy the Gator titled 5 ft 7 in (67.2 in), which names Raptor and Lightning, or the Tyger T1 titled 5.5 ft (67 in). They point at the same box, and Ford gives 67.1 inches. For a 6.5 ft or 8 ft box, we found no Tyger or Gator title, so ask the seller or Ford's accessory list.

Gator soft roll-up 139783 (2021-2026 F-150)
Soft roll-up cover whose listing title reads: Fits 2021 - 2026 Ford F-150 (Incl. Raptor/Lightning) 5' 7" Bed (67.2").
Fits, according to the listing (maker's sheet read)
Fits 2021 - 2026 Ford F-150 (Incl. Raptor/Lightning) 5' 7" Bed (67.2") (read November 3, 2026)
Check your exact year and bed length on the listing before you buy.
Why here: Title names the years, the 5 ft 7 in box with inches, plus Raptor and Lightning. The sheet is Gator's general one, not a sheet for this part. Buy it if that is your box. Skip it if you want a transferable warranty, because the sheet says the 2-year limited warranty is not.
Why buy it
- Gator's sheet lists clamps, a 9/16 inch and a 1/2 inch wrench or socket
- The same sheet states a limited 2-year warranty on hard parts and on the fabric
Why skip it
- The sheet is Gator's general one and does not name this exact listing
- The sheet says there is no release from inside the bed, and vinyl conditioners must not be used
- Style
- Soft roll-up
- Material
- Vinyl, per title or maker sheet
- Install
- Clamp-on, per maker sheet
- Warranty
- Limited 2 years, per maker sheet
Tyger T1 (2021-2026 F-150, 5.5 ft)
Soft roll-up cover whose listing title reads: 2021-2026 Ford F-150; Lightning | 5.5' (67") Bed | TG-BC1F9064.
Fits, according to the listing
2021-2026 Ford F-150; Lightning | 5.5' (67") Bed | TG-BC1F9064 (read November 3, 2026)
Check your exact year and bed length on the listing before you buy.
Why here: Title names years, Lightning, inches and part number. We could not open the sheet for this part, so the install details are not confirmed for it. Buy it if the title matches and you can live with that gap.
We could read only the Amazon listing title for this cover, no maker sheet. It is an option here, not our pick.
Why buy it
- Title names the years, the bed and a Tyger part number
Why skip it
- We could not open a maker sheet for this part number, so the install is not confirmed here
- Title states no weight rating
- Style
- Soft roll-up
- Material
- Not stated in the title
- Install
- Not read for this part
- Price class
- Mid-range
Which titles span earlier years
Three covers on this page do not stop at 2021. Rough Country's title runs 2015-2026 at 5 ft 7 in. Tyger's T2 title runs 2015-2026 at Fleetside 5.5 ft (67 in), where the T1 splits at 2021. MOSTPLUS runs 2009-2026 at 66 and 67 inches. TruXport runs 2015-2027 and names no bed.
Those spans may be right. Tyger selling a T1 that splits and a T2 that does not shows that a split is not automatically about the bed itself. We cannot tell you why, so we print what each says and leave out the guess.
Your cab and your box
Ford's 2026 order guide lists a SuperCrew with a 5.5 or 6.5 ft box, a SuperCab with 6.5 ft and a Regular Cab with 6.5 or 8.0 ft. Its 2021 specifications give inside lengths of 67.1, 78.9 and 97.6 inches, and note the Regular Cab was not available with the 5.5 ft box.
So a SuperCab owner cannot use any short-box title on this page. That sounds obvious, but SuperCab searches often end up on short-box listings. Our measuring guide takes one minute.
Ford's own option
Ford's order guide lists a Sport Roll Soft-Up Truck Bed Cover and a Hard Rolling Truck Bed Cover, both by RealTruck Advantage, for 5.5, 6.5 and 8.0 ft boxes. It marks them not available with the Aluminum Crossbed Toolbox. If you have a long box, your dealer may be the shortest way to a stated fit.
Before you order
- Check that your year is in the title. These are 2021-2026 or a wider run.
- Check the inches against your bed.
- Check for an over-the-rail liner. Tyger's sheets on other F-150 parts call for small 2 x 4 in holes for the clamps. See bed liners.
- Look through how to install so nothing surprises you.
What owners ask
Is the 5 ft 7 in cover the right one for a 5.5 ft F-150 box?
Those names point at one box on the F-150. Ford calls it 5.5 ft and gives 67.1 inches inside in its 2021 specifications. Gator titles it 5 ft 7 in (67.2 in), and Tyger 5.5 ft (67 in). Measure if you want to be sure.
Do these covers fit the Raptor and Lightning?
Gator's title says Incl. Raptor and Lightning. Tyger's title says F-150 and Lightning, with no mention of the Raptor. Rough Country's says F-150, Lightning and Raptor. Follow the title of the cover you pick.
What about a special tailgate or box options?
The titles we read do not mention them. If your truck has a special tailgate or a toolbox option, ask the seller. Ford marks its own covers as not available with the Aluminum Crossbed Toolbox, so options can matter.
Will these fit a 2027?
TruXedo and BAK titles already run to 2027. Tyger and Gator titles stop at 2026, so they do not state a 2027. See our answer on covers listed through 2026 before you assume anything.
