Silverado and Sierra HD Roll-Up Tonneau Covers by Year and Bed
The 2020 and newer HD trucks have their own covers, and the titles do not agree on a bed name: 6 ft 9 in, 6.9 ft and 6 ft 10 in. We read no maker sheet for any of them. So this page has no pick, just the wording and what to ask.

The short version
For a 2020-2026 Silverado or Sierra 2500HD or 3500HD, start with a cover titled for those years: Rough Country soft at 6 ft 9 in, MaxMate at 6 ft 10 in (82 in) or Autosaver at 6.9 ft. All are listing data only. For 2015-2019 HD trucks, Tyger's 6 ft 6 in title applies. Measure your bed, and ask the seller first.

We have no Chevrolet or GMC document giving this bed's inside length. Chevrolet's commercial page was blocked when we looked. So we cannot say which of those names is closest. Measure your bed and take that number to the seller.
Read the truck names
Autosaver's wording starts "2020-2026 Silverado 2500HD 6.9ft". If yours is a Sierra or a 3500HD, read the full listing, and if it does not name your truck, ask.
The 8 ft bed
We found one title that names 8 ft on these trucks: "Chevy Silverado & GMC Sierra 1500 2500 3500 HD 2010-2026 8 ft Long Box(No CarbonPro Bed), Soft Roll Up Style". It is on the 2007-2013 Silverado page. It covers so many trucks that the seller's word really matters.
Hard roll-ups
We did not pull a hard roll-up titled for HD trucks. RealTruck sells BAK, TruXedo and others, so ask them if you want one. Hard roll-ups explains what such covers ask, and Sierra and Silverado cover the 1500 trucks.
What HD owners should check
Bed gear changes this more than on lighter trucks. A gooseneck plate, a toolbox or bed rails can all get in the way of a cover's rails or its crossbars. No title we read mentions them. If you have any of those, write that into your question to the seller. Gator's sheet says cargo must not contact the tarp, and that applies equally to anything fixed in the bed.
Also check for over-the-rail liners. Tyger's sheets call for small 2 x 4 in holes for the clamps. See bed liners for that.

- Check that your exact truck is named: Silverado or Sierra, and 2500HD or 3500HD.
- Check your year.
- Check the bed in inches.
- Ask for the installation sheet ahead of time.
What owners ask
Do 1500 covers fit a 2500HD?
On 2020 and newer trucks, the titles we read keep them apart. Tyger's 2014-2018 title names 2015-2019 2500 and 3500 HD alongside the 1500. Do not extend that to a later truck.
Are 6 ft 9 in, 6.9 ft and 6 ft 10 in all the same bed?
They look like the same HD bed. Those are three different numbers, though. MaxMate gives 82 inches. The other two give no inches. Measure yours and ask.
What about the 8 ft HD bed?
An unbranded title reads 1500 2500 3500 HD 2010-2026 8 ft Long Box, No CarbonPro Bed. It is on the 2007-2013 Silverado page, listing data only. Ask the seller to confirm your truck.
