BAK Revolver X4s. RealTruck, which sells BAK, lists a drill-free install and a 5-year warranty, plus a stated load on the weight page. Title years are 2015-2020 and 2021-2027, each as its own listing. So BAK splits at 2021, as Tyger's T1 does.
RealTruck Sentry CT. RealTruck calls it clamp-on and drill-free. Its title runs 2015-2027 in a single span. That is different from BAK, and we cannot tell you why from the sheets we have.

What a hard roll-up asks of you
A manual we could read in full comes from Rough Country, for its own hard roll-up. Use it as an idea of what to expect, not as instructions for BAK or TruXedo. Its parts list has left and right side rails, two drain tubes, two security straps, four clamps, four front bolts with washers and T nuts, a foam seal and tools. You seat the rails, run the drain tubes, center the cover, then adjust the locking base and tongue.

Ford's own hard cover
Ford's 2026 order guide lists a Hard Rolling Truck Bed Cover by RealTruck Advantage in 5.5, 6.5 and 8.0 ft boxes, not available with the Aluminum Crossbed Toolbox. Which is better for an F-150, the X4s or Sentry CT?
We cannot say from documents. RealTruck lists the same load and drill-free install for both, with a 5-year warranty stated for the X4s and no warranty stated for the Sentry CT in the article we read. Fit is your deciding factor.
Are they sold for the 6.5 ft and 8 ft boxes?
The titles we read do not name beds at all. That could mean several listings cover different beds, or that a single listing carries a bed choice. Ask the seller to confirm yours in writing.
Does Ford offer a hard roll-up?
